Privacy Policy
Rooms of Light is a public calendar operated by Jason Parker.
Browsing the calendar
The calendar has no accounts, registration forms, or payment forms. The site code uses no cookies or analytics scripts. Your browser uses your device’s time zone to display event times locally. The calendar does not ask for your physical location or send your time zone to us.
The hosting provider may log requests, including IP addresses, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and follow up on your request, including correcting event listings. You can email us with privacy questions or to request deletion of your correspondence.
YouTube videos
The homepage loads a YouTube player when you open it. The Khenchen and Emptiness libraries can also load embedded YouTube players when you browse those pages. Individual video buttons load a player when selected. YouTube may then receive your IP address and browser information and process it under its own privacy policy.
Organizer and platform links
Links to organizers, registration pages, and livestream platforms take you to services with their own privacy policies. Review those policies before sharing information or signing in.
